LORRY ASSISTANT

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Lorry Assistant to support the delivery, installation, and maintenance of photocopier machines. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, able to work as part of a team, and committed to ensuring safe and efficient logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the driver in loading and unloading photocopier machines safely.
• Ensure machines are properly secured during transportation to prevent damage.
• Assist in installation and basic setup of photocopiers at customer locations.
• Support technicians in servicing and maintenance when required.
• Follow safety guidelines when handling heavy equipment.
• Communicate with customers professionally during deliveries.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and checks on photocopiers before delivery.
• Ensure delivery documents are signed and recorded properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lorry and storage area.
• Assist in stock checking and inventory management when needed.
