Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. This includes long-term planning for capacity, resources, and technology.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and training opportunities.
Operational Oversight:
Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution. Ensure that all logistics activities are aligned with company goals and customer requirements.
