Job description

We are representing our client, a leader in supply chain and logistics solutions. They specialize in warehouse operations, distribution, and innovative supply chain services, helping businesses improve efficiency and performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and prepare all required documentation for the movement of warehouse cargo, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports for operations, including correspondence, plans, and expenses.
  • Collaborate with operations personnel to ensure cargo readiness for scheduled deliveries.
  • Update systems such as SAP and WMS promptly and accurately.
  • Monitor and track shipping details in coordination with forwarding agents.
  • Generate and manage cycle count reports.
  • Communicate with customers via email, ensuring that interactions meet established quality standards.
  • Update shipment and domestic delivery statuses in a timely manner.
  • Perform other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year relevant work experience in clerical / administrative support in warehousing and logistics.
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other related applications.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
