Logistics Operations Manager

GUUD has over 20 years of experience developing end-to-end trade technology platforms in collaboration with government agencies, cargo owners, freight forwarders, trucking companies and trade associations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage customs declarations teams nationwide to ensure declarations are done in an accurate and timely manner that is compliant and meets Customs requirements and customer requirements.
• Coordinate and plan with station team lead on the workload, different job types and staff capabilities.
• Handle issues regarding declaration or clearance matters and provide the mitigation plan to reduce risks.
• Compile and prepare monthly KPI/performance reports for customers.
• Preparation of SOPs for new shipments/accounts onboarded to GUUD.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of a Diploma in Logistics Management, Business Studies, or any other related fields.
• Ideally 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role with 1-3 years of experience in declaration and clearance of air/sea freight cargo.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly independent with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• A fast learner with good initiative and work attitude.
