Logistics Officer - Contract Logistics/SCM, Operations

Responsibilities:

• Understand and comply with all related operating processes.
• Co-ordinate and liaise with customers/transporter on day-to-day issues and order planning to meet customer’s shipment delivery/collection requirements.
• Prepare data collection and submit accurate reports to the Executive & customer.
• Ensure all incoming (including exchange and returns) and outgoing shipments are completed in a timely and orderly manner.
• Coordinate with customer on the Urgent/Exception pull and work with the operation team to deliver the goods on time.
• Ensure all shipment documentation is accurate and submitted timely.
• Perform process improvement initiatives and implementation.
• Report to the Executive on all receiving non-conformances.
• Perform day-to-day roles of the Executive during his/her absence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum SPM Equivalent or Diploma holder.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse operations/customer service.
• Good in Warehouse Management System and experience with handling electronic devices such as RF scanners, Ring Scanners.
• Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA).
• Good problem-solving skills and experience in resolving problems creatively.
• Able to communicate effectively with internal/external customers.
• Positive mindset, team player, and high desire for learning.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and innovative.
• Adaptable to a fast-moving work environment.
• Able to perform overtime when required.
