Responsibilities:
Attend to any enquiries from Customers, Suppliers, and Vendors, providing feedback in a reasonable timeframe with satisfactory replies.
Execute requests from Customers, Suppliers, and Vendors according to established processes and procedures.
Accept any job responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.
Prepare and generate weekly inventory reports and utilizations for customers.
Disseminate updated information from Customers to warehouse operations in a timely and accurate manner.
Notify Customers and Suppliers of shipment discrepancies via email.
Respond promptly to customer or related parties’ emails.
Coordinate rework/screening activities as per Supplier/Customer requirements.
Update GR, SPT, and NIT using the customers' system.
Prepare bonded customs transactions.
Update In and Out Custom Lot quantity and number.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma and above.
Able to communicate and write in English and Malay.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
Possess valid driving licenses.
