Job description
Job Responsibility
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure Purchase Order acknowledgement, on-time delivery and general vendor communication
- Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data in the SAP system
- Preparation of reports and summarize purchasing status
- Assist in managing and following up on purchase orders
- Support and coordinate with internal departments with information related to purchase order
- Expedite, monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time
- To maintain and upkeep documentation related to purchase order
- Support Procurement activity in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
Qualification/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business or Supply Chain Management related
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience
- Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
Knowledge/Skill
- Good Command in English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- SAP B1 knowledge
- Able to plan and arrange with transporter on goods delivery
- Possess strong sense of commitment
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
