Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Customer Service Executive at Aroona Solutions Group located in UOA Business Park, Shah Alam.

Job Scope:

1. Prepare Quotations for Clients RFQ (Sea, Air and Land logistics solutions)
2. Complete awarded jobs and provide updates, shipping documents and all required information to clients until jobs are closed after issuing final Invoice.
3. Compile all job related invoices and arrange for payment from accounts.
4. Prepare Key Account Report that includes all costs by job number.
5. Communicate with Client, Operations Team and Vendors to ensure jobs are completed successfully.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Spoken and Written).
2. Able to organise self well handling up to 10 new RFQs a day while overseeing existing awarded jobs.
3. Able to keep track of all Sea, Air and Trucking jobs until completed while liaising with overseas clients (Need to plan time well to standby with email on phone after working hours and work at night if necessary to complete urgent shipments).
4. Have experience working in either Air Freight or Sea Freight or both is preferred.

Working Days and Hours:
Monday to Friday (9.00am to 5.30pm)
Saturday (if necessary) can work from home if urgent shipments require to be monitored.
