Job Description

• Perform accurately with high quality and desirable productivity.
• Liaise with Team Lead, Account Manager, and Service Provider on work-related issues and resolutions.
• Handle day-to-day job proactively with minimum supervision.
• Adhere to EPI standard working processes, rules, and policies.
• Complete job on a timely basis day-to-day.
• Ensure service commitments are achieved and maintained in accordance with customer and organizational objectives.
• Enhance business-related knowledge by completing designated courses in BDP University.

Job Requirements

• Candidates with logistics or similar experiences will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree required (minimum).
• Skills: Basic PC & MS Office.
• Team player.
• Meticulous or attention to detail.
• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
