Logistics Coordinator-Freight

Introduction
Our business corporate client, a freight forwarding company, is seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to begin their career within this exciting fast-paced international logistics industry.
You will be joining this well-established worldwide freight forwarding client who is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to take full responsibility for the preparation of punctual and precise documentation for all destinations across national country borders. In this regard, the successful applicants must have an exceptional telephone manner as this role requires extensive liaison with Clients, Overseas agents, Shipping liners, and other departments within the business.
Roles & Duties

1. Create Bills of Lading and export declarations.
2. Ensure the correct profiles are chosen or created for all parties.
3. Confirm the Bill of Lading is in compliance with the master submitted by the Shipper/forwarder.
4. Ensure all related charges are protected on the bill of lading and proper cost accounts are in place.
5. Actively seek required documentation from shippers.
6. Prepare and maintain vessel files.
7. Assist customers/agents with questions, complaints, requests, or track and trace.
8. Double check container and seal number and load manifests.
9. Issue client/agents invoices.

1. Previous experience within a documentation/shipping administration role or educated to degree level and looking to begin your career in the logistics industry.
2. Possess good customer service skills.
3. Driven and bright individual with the ambition to grow within a company.
4. Proficient in English, BM, and Mandarin.
5. Experience within the shipping industry is highly desirable.
