Logistics Coordinator [Ecommerce/Customer Service] - JO-24479

Job title: Logistic Coordinator (Mandarin)

Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 3,500 per month

Contract Duration: 12 months

What You'll Be Doing:

As our Customer Success Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers’ experience is seamless and efficient, from booking to shipment delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Booking Management: Handle client booking requests via phone, email, and online platforms. Confirm bookings, schedule shipments, and ensure accurate data entry in our booking system.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to clients by addressing inquiries and guiding them on shipment options. You will develop strong relationships, anticipating and fulfilling their needs for maximum satisfaction.
  • Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with our operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth, timely handling of all bookings. Follow up on invoicing, payment, and billing queries.
  • Problem Solving: Take a proactive approach in identifying and resolving issues related to bookings, documentation, or shipment delays. Ensure that our clients’ cargo is delivered on time and without complication.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and verify essential shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs declarations. Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 1 year in logistics, shipping, or cargo. Familiarity with cargo booking procedures and international shipping documentation is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel. Experience with booking or logistics software is a bonus.
  • Language Skills: We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Mindset: You must have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing top-tier customer service. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks and solve problems on the fly will set you apart.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of international shipping regulations and logistics is highly desirable.
