Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver products to hospitals and manage transportation, distribution, and storage.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor inventory and warehouse operations for optimal stock levels.
• Utilize logistics software to track shipments and improve efficiency.
• Minimize transportation costs while ensuring timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and standards.
• Handle calls, emails, and administrative tasks, including filing and maintaining office supplies.
• Manage invoicing, delivery orders, cash bills, and packing lists.
• Support team operations, schedule management, and other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• SPM/Diploma or equivalent with proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; immediate availability is an advantage.
