· Operate and update the WMS for all stock movements (inbound, outbound, transfer, returns, adjustments).
· Generate pick lists, dispatch labels, inventory movement logs, and cycle count sheets.
· Create daily, weekly, and monthly stock and logistics performance reports.
· Develop visual dashboards (using Excel or Power BI) for internal tracking and performance review.
· Maintain and update item master data, SKU codes, storage locations, and packaging formats.
· Conduct basic analysis to highlight operational issues (e.g., delays, mispicks, low stock).
· Troubleshoot WMS data issues and coordinate with internal/external system support teams.
· Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure alignment between physical and system inventory.
· Ensure all system records are audit-ready and compliant with documentation standards.
· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
· At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or system-based roles involving inventory tracking.
· Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
· Strong understanding of inventory flow, logistics processes, and data accuracy principles.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, PivotTables, and basic charting); experience with Power BI or dashboard tools is an advantage.
· Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, to coordinate with internal teams and system support.
· Strong attention to detail, good documentation skills, and the ability to work under time pressure.
· Proficient in operating WMS/ERP systems and navigating inventory modules.
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, IF formulas, basic charting).
· Basic knowledge of dashboard creation using Excel or Power BI.
· High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
· Analytical thinking to identify inconsistencies and operational issues.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
· Independent, responsible, and proactive in resolving system-related issues.
