Then come in and join Malaysia team as Logistic Specialist (Contract) to support implementation of new SAP system in ASEAN and assist logistic team on logistic related tasks.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  1. You are responsible to support P58 (new SAP system) implementation on logistic related matter for Emerging ASEAN.
  2. You are responsible for data cleansing to ensure data migration to new system is in good order.
  3. You will be involved in system UAT to ensure system is accordance to request/process.
  4. You will be responsible for monitoring transfer posting.
  5. You are responsible to review and check all 3rd party vendor invoices via Process Director against PO.
  6. You are responsible for New Item maintenance creation for SHSB and 4PL then complete with EDI mapping.
  7. You are responsible for custom clearance report, working with forwarded agent to gather the details.
  8. You are responsible to backup for credit note release and invoice cancellation.

Your qualifications and experience:

  1. You should have at least 5 years of customer service and logistic operation knowledge.
  2. Diploma/Degree in Logistics or supply chain management.
  3. SAP user with material master and familiar with sales distribution.
  4. You should have basic demand planning and supply chain knowledge.

Your attributes and skills:

  1. You have a learning attitude.
  2. Good command over English and Malay language.
  3. Medical and Healthcare background is preferred.
