Logistic Intern

We are looking for a Logistics Intern to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about logistics and operations. You will play a key part in ensuring our deliveries run smoothly and clients are satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks for the operations/logistics department, including maintaining records and schedules.
2. Rider Coordination: Assist in tracking riders and ensuring all deliveries are on time and well-coordinated.
3. Customer Service: Communicate with clients to address inquiries and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
4. Delivery Scheduling: Ensure all deliveries from our base to event venues are scheduled effectively and efficiently.
5. Liaison Work: Act as the main point of contact between riders, clients, and the logistics team during deliveries.

Requirements

1. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
2. Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members, riders, and clients.
3. A responsible and proactive attitude.
4. Familiarity with basic administrative tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) is a plus.
5. A keen interest in logistics and operations.
