Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with suppliers for shipping process and documentation process.
2. Check details information in draft shipping documents (Packing List, Invoice, B/L and Co).
3. Confirm with shipping agent for vessel arrival and coordinate with importers for cargo clearance process.
4. Comply with customs rules and regulations and maintain accurate record keeping.
