logistic and customs officer

Responsibilities:

1. Deal with forwarder for shipping booking arrangement for Import & Export (Sea, Air, Trucking & Courier).
2. Prepare Shipping Documents - e.g. invoices, packing lists, etc.
3. Read Shipping Notices, Invoices, Orders, and Other documents to determine priorities and shipping methods needed to meet schedules.
4. Liaise with forwarder/agent for shipment clearance.
5. Check the billing from forwarder and submit for payment.

Customs Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with customs for any related Import / Export issues.
2. Renew and update LMW License.
3. Prepare monthly and yearly reports to LMW.
4. Apply for any additional / Special Exemption.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in the related field.
