Loan/credit related product formulation, development, enhancement, implementation and annual review (include NPAP & BNM approval if required)
Continues enhancement and review of loan products sales process and procedures to achieve maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction (include LO, PDS, documentation & forms if required)
Review of the process and procedures include loan system and in the event of any new schemes launch by BNM/CGC/SJPP
Jointly develop effective marketing plans and promotion campaigns with marketing team upon product launches/when necessary
Responsible for the development, enhancement and review of loan product sales tools
Ensure the program complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Product training for new recruits/ retooling/ new product launch
Leading, managing and involving in projects and ad-hoc assignments.
Interpret data, analyze results and assist in presenting findings or recommendations for decision making.
Assist in self-assessment for RCSA, review and remove regulations & controls for respective units testing
Coordinate for RCU matters related to Gap Analysis, Action Plan and Compliance Testing
Qualifications
Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Banking, Risk Management or related area preferred.
At least 3 years of banking experience, preferably related to Loans Sales & Marketing/ Loan Support/Credit Risk/Business Finance
A recognized Diploma/Degree or equivalent, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or Business coupled with a minimum of 10 years of lending experience. i.e. SME Credit or Commercial Banking Relationship Manager with Trade knowledge will be an added advantage
Relevant industry knowledge pertaining to SME loan and BNM/CGC/SJPP schemes will be an added advantage
Committed to completing assignments within deadlines, with strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical skills and statistical knowledge. Well versed in various analytics approaches and methodologies.
Possess strong initiative and drive and work with the Credit Risk team to grow the business volume while improving loan quality
Able to work independently as well as a team player
