Execute daily loan processing such as disbursement, repayment, rollover, maintenance, etc.
Create and maintain data completely and accurately in the system against source documents by following data program techniques and procedures.
Review the completeness and accuracy of loan updates in the system and correct any potential mistakes before approving the loan transaction.
Assist in managing the team’s resources to ensure turnaround for BAU transactions is on target and service standards are met.
Carry out ad-hoc assignments/projects, work closely with stakeholders to review process workflows, identify areas of process improvement, and provide support across departments if needed.
Assist in reviewing the team’s performance (e.g., productivity, efficiency, accuracy, etc.).
Conduct on-the-job training for team members.
Promote a positive mindset and holistic outlook amongst staff.
Job Qualifications
Minimum Degree holder with 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in the field.
Fluent in spoken, read, and written English.
Computer literate and well-versed with MS Office applications.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of quality and speed.
Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete work within established timelines.
Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of commitment and a strong sense of urgency.
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.
Copes well with pressure and stress, possesses initiative, and has the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
