Livestream Operation Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily live streaming operations, including preparation and addressing any emergencies during live sessions.
• Implement necessary actions and adjustments to optimize live stream performance.
• Guide hosts and production teams on effective sales strategies.
• Plan and execute live promotions in alignment with platform campaigns.
• Manage live stream advertisements, ensuring responsibility for costs and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Enhance live visuals to attract more traffic and engagement.
• Analyze sales data and product performance, providing insights for improvement.
• Assist in building weekly performance reports.
• Any other tasks and projects as assigned by the superior/Company.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience or relevant experience is encouraged to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
• Strong project management and managerial skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to meet expected outcomes.
• Good proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, and English.
