Livestream Assistant (TikTok & Shopee) - Full Time

Review and moderate user-uploaded videos to ensure they comply with community guidelines, terms of service, and content policies.

Provide feedback and collaborate with other functional departments, remake and edit video when needed, offering suggestions to improve content quality or compliance.

Analyze user feedback and video performance metrics to identify potential improvements in content policies and moderation strategies.

Train, supervise, and schedule live streaming hosts according to their available time slots, rescheduling as needed.

Collaborate closely with live streaming hosts, monitor, and understand live stream performance using insights and analytics across various work shifts.

Implement standardized guidelines and procedures to track and monitor the adherence and performance of live streaming hosts.

Stay updated on skincare and beauty product trends in the market and be resourceful in identifying potential resellers.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year with relevant experience, such as Content Creator or Video Editor.
• Having E-Commerce / TikTok / Shopee live stream operation working experience would be a plus point.
• Possess minimum education level Diploma in any field.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have good knowledge and interest in skincare and beauty products.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Willing to work on a rotational shift basis (8am - 5pm / 1pm - 10pm / 5pm - 2am).
