1. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

1. Minimum SPM, or Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Broadcasting, or a related field are advantageous.
2. Experience in hosting live sessions (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms) is an advantage.
3. Comfortable speaking in front of the camera with strong on-screen presence.
4. Basic knowledge of Umrah & Hajj packages or experience in the travel industry is a plus.

2. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

1. Excellent communication skills in Bahasa (priority) and English.
2. Energetic, engaging, and confident personality to attract and retain viewers.
3. Ability to interact with audiences, answer questions, and promote packages naturally.
4. Strong storytelling and persuasive skills to encourage sign-ups for Umrah & Hajj packages.
5. Basic video content creation & editing skills using CapCut, Canva, or other apps.
6. Understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.

4. WORKING CONDITIONS

1. Flexible working hours – must be available for peak engagement times (nights & weekends needed).
2. Office-based position with occasional outdoor live sessions for travel content.
3. Willing to travel required for special coverage (Umrah departure briefings, events, etc.).

5. HOSTING & ENGAGEMENT

1. Conduct engaging TikTok Live sessions to promote Umrah & Hajj packages, Nawwarah Travel services, and special offers.
2. Interact with the audience in real-time, responding to their questions, concerns, and comments professionally and enthusiastically.
3. Maintain high energy levels, a friendly tone, and an engaging presence to keep viewers entertained and interested.
4. Use storytelling techniques to highlight the benefits and unique selling points of Nawwarah Travel’s packages.
5. Ensure smooth live sessions by minimizing technical issues and ensuring clear audio and video quality.

6. CONTENT CREATION & PLANNING

1. Work with the marketing team to create an engaging TikTok Live content calendar.
2. Plan and prepare scripts, talking points, and promotional messages for each live session.
3. Follow the latest TikTok trends, hashtags, and viral challenges to incorporate into live sessions.
4. Create and upload short video teasers and promotional clips to attract more viewers before live sessions.
5. Experiment with different interactive elements such as polls, giveaways, and games to increase engagement.

7. SALES & PROMOTION

1. Promote Nawwarah Travel’s Umrah, Hajj, and travel packages effectively during live sessions.
2. Answer customer inquiries in a persuasive yet professional manner to convert viewers into customers.
3. Provide clear guidance on the booking process, payment methods, and available discounts.
4. Encourage viewers to take action, such as signing up for packages, following Nawwarah Travel, and sharing the live session.
5. Track and analyze live session sales conversions, optimizing techniques for better performance.

8. COMMUNITY BUILDING & BRAND AWARENESS

1. Build a loyal online community by encouraging viewers to follow, comment, and engage with Nawwarah Travel’s content.
2. Foster a strong connection with potential customers, ensuring they trust and recognize Nawwarah Travel as a reputable brand.
3. Collaborate with influencers, travel bloggers, and industry experts to boost engagement and credibility.
4. Represent Nawwarah Travel professionally while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.

9. MONITORING & IMPROVEMENT

1. Analyze viewer engagement, comments, and sales data to measure the success of each live session.
2. Identify areas for improvement and adjust hosting techniques, script delivery, and engagement strategies accordingly.
3. Stay up to date with TikTok Live features, algorithm changes, and best practices to maximize visibility and effectiveness.
4. Prepare weekly or monthly reports on live session performance and audience insights to help improve future strategies.

10. TECHNICAL & OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure live sessions run smoothly with proper lighting, camera angles, and a clear background.
2. Manage and operate TikTok Live features, including pinned comments, product highlights, and interactive Q&A.
3. Troubleshoot basic technical issues such as poor connection, audio problems, or app glitches.
4. Maintain a well-organized live setup, ensuring Nawwarah Travel’s branding is visible and professional.
