Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in managing live streaming sales on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
  2. Monitor and ensure a smooth daily livestreaming session for all accounts.
  3. Responsible for the installation, adjustments, and improvement of the whole livestream setup, scenes, and equipment.
  4. Manage and maintain livestreaming equipment (camera, microphone, etc.).
  5. Communicate any technical issues to live hosts promptly.
  6. Keep yourself well-versed in the platform’s moderation tools and regularly update your knowledge.
  7. Ensure all necessary platform moderation tools (flash sale, campaign, etc.) are configured and ready to use.
  8. Stay informed on the platform's rules and guidelines and regularly update your knowledge.
  9. Monitor and analyze live streaming data and develop strategies for improvement.
  10. Monitor and evaluate live hosts’ performance proactively and provide feedback to improve their performance.
  11. Gather and relay viewer feedback to help improve future streams.
  12. Develop strategies for handling specific issues encountered during the stream.
  13. Plan for upcoming events or special streams.
  14. Keep updated with trending videos and plan video content accordingly.
  15. Create a consistent stream of new video content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits.
  16. Prepare necessary and effective copywriting for livestream and video posting.
  17. Propose new ideas and concepts for livestreaming and video content.
  18. Participate in any campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media as required.
  19. Participate in brainstorming for each campaign, promotion, photoshoot & marketing plan.
  20. Manage TikTok account including replying to messages, direct messages (DM), or comments from customers.
  21. Assist superior as required.
  22. Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  1. Preferably at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
  2. Working experience in the fashion industry will be an added advantage.
  3. Knowledgeable in social media.
  4. Possess excellent planning skills, presentation skills, and communication skills. Good in written and verbal English & Malay.
  5. Ability to think outside the box and express creativity.
  6. Positive attitude and willingness to engage in hands-on execution.
