Litigation Legal Associate

We are seeking a dynamic driven Litigation Associate to join our legal team in our Head Office in Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting legal research, case analysis, and preparing legal documents such as pleadings, affidavits, and submissions.
• Attending court proceedings, including conducting hearings, conferences, and negotiations.
• Providing timely updates and clear communication to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and court procedures.
• Mentoring and guiding team members.

What we're looking for in you

• Holds or is eligible to hold a Practicing Certificate in Malaysia.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in general civil and banking litigation, probate, and administration matters.
• Experience in law and court proceedings.
• Proficiency in conducting legal research and preparing motions.
• Ability to handle and interact with clients.
• Familiarity with court procedures and documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good written and spoken command of Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Independent, disciplined, and possess good interpersonal skills.
