Litigation Lawyer (KL)

Overview

Our client is an established law firm with various branches in the Klang Valley.

Position Level: Legal Assistant / Associate

Employment Type: Full Time/Permanent

Working Experience: 4 - 5 Year(s)

Education Level: Professional Qualification

Expiry Date: 26/12/2024

Responsibilities

1. Handle general litigation, civil banking, commercial and contractual disputes.
2. Draft and review commercial agreements.
3. Prepare submissions and affidavits.
4. Conduct hearings and full trials at all courts independently.

Requirements

1. At least 4-5 years (in active practice).
2. Manage time well and meet deadlines.
3. Must have strong drafting and research skills.
4. Good command of English and Malay language (able to speak and read Mandarin is an added advantage).
5. Able to handle clients and manage cases effectively and result-oriented.
6. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and be a team player.
7. Collaborate with team members and provide legal support as required.
8. Analytical with out-of-the-box thinking, fast learner, and committed.
9. Passion in litigation with good working ethics and attitude.
