Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor progress of files
• Prepare submissions and draft cause papers
• Prepare submissions and affidavits
• Attend mentions/case management before all levels of courts
• Handle litigation portfolio independently
• Experience in litigation works
• Strong drafting and research skills
• Manage time well and meet deadlines
• Able to handle clients and manage cases effectively and result-oriented
• Diligent at work, honest, responsible, and hardworking with a good working attitude

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Law or equivalent
• Valid Practicing Certificate
• At least 1-2 years of Litigation Experience; those recently called to the Malaysian Bar (0-1 PQE) are also welcomed to apply
