Litigation Lawyer

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle general litigation, civil banking, commercial and contractual disputes.
2. Prepare submissions, affidavits, and other pleadings.
3. Conduct hearings and full trials at all courts independently.
4. Attend to other assignments given by superiors.

Key Requirements

1. At least 5 PQE (in active practice).
2. Manage time well and meet deadlines.
3. Strong drafting and research skills.
4. Good command of English and Malay (ability to speak and read Mandarin is an added advantage).
5. Able to handle clients and manage cases effectively and be results-oriented.
6. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and be a team player.
7. Collaborate with team members and provide legal support as required.
