Litigation Lawyer

Job Description: As a litigator at Ong and Manecksha, you will be responsible for handling a variety of litigation cases including banking litigation, land dispute, contractual dispute, tortious dispute, corporate dispute, and construction dispute. You are required to conduct trials and hearings independently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drafting cause papers, legal opinions, and written submissions.
2. Provide legal advice to clients on various areas of law.
3. Handle all aspects of litigation disputes and work efficiently.
4. Represent clients in courts.
5. Manage client relationships and provide proactive legal advice.
6. Stay updated on relevant legal developments and court practice.

Requirements:

1. LL.B or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
2. Admission to the Bar and current practicing certificate.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation.
4. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and keen to do trials and hearings.
6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
7. High level of professionalism and integrity.
