Responsibilities

• To draft SPA/ Loan Agreements and other documents relating to conveyancing matters for Project.
• Corresponding, attending and communicating with developers, clients, bankers, and various government agencies.
• To assist in preparing and compiling exhibits for affidavits, bundle of documents, record of appeal & other legal documents.

Requirements

• A Law degree with a valid Practicing Certificate.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in litigation or conveyancing.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
