Job Description:

LITIGATION CLERK
- Assist lawyers in preparing letters of demand, cause papers relating to foreclosure proceedings, post auction matters, civil proceedings and execution proceedings (i.e. bankruptcy and winding up proceedings)
- Prepare bills and other general administration work relating to litigation matters
- Filing cause papers in Court's system

PUPIL IN CHAMBERS
- Assist lawyers in preparing court cause papers
- Attend Court
- Carry out tasks assigned by lawyers from time to time
- Responsible and willing to learn with good working attitude

LEGAL ASSISTANT
- Assist in handling general and banking litigation
- Manage and oversee cases
- Draft and review cause papers
- Attend Court
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications and Requirements:

LITIGATION CLERK
- 1 to 3 years experience
- Experience in foreclosure proceedings, civil actions (including the issuance of pre-commencement notices), bankruptcy and winding up proceedings
- Immediate availability is preferred

PUPIL IN CHAMBERS
- Possess LLB from local universities or completed CLP if from abroad
- Immediate availability is preferred

LEGAL ASSISTANT
- Admitted to the Bar
- 0 to 3 years experience
- Able to work independently and meticulous
- Immediate availability is preferred
