Role Description

This is a contract Line Trainer role located on-site in Labuan. The Line Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for production line workers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and monitoring trainee progress. The role involves on-the-job training and evaluation of performance.

Qualifications

• Training and Development, Instructional Design, and Teaching skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Experience in performance evaluation and feedback
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in the chemicals or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
