Job description

Be the person in charge and responsible for corresponding with clients, agents, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure all reservations and arrangements are made as per client's requirements.

Job Specifications:

  • Handle client's inquiry for FIT concerning travel arrangements and reply to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Prepare Travel Program itinerary and make recommendations for alternative hotels or products for any special deals to clients or agents.
  • Handle bookings via TS (Travel Studio) system and ensure correct details of booking in the system.
  • Handle and follow up pre-payments for completed bookings.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Must be good in written and spoken English.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the travel or hotel industry will be an advantage.
  • Sound knowledge about destinations around Malaysia is required.
  • Candidates with experience in Travel agents are encouraged to apply.
