MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure the model meets the brief at the right quality and on time to meet budget.
2. To ensure the models built are world class and consistent with the LEGO brand and safe for interaction with guests.
3. Receive model direction from the Model Shop Supervisor, Team Leads and LEGO designers.
4. Build 2D & 3D LEGO models using LEGO Digital Designer and LEGO Brick Builder.
5. Determine LEGO materials that will be required and place order with Brickstock accordingly.
6. Be responsible for constructing and installing lighting into models as needed.
7. Work with the Tech Department to ensure close coordination of the tech within the LEGO model.
8. Ensure all necessary information and documentation is reported consistently.
9. Ensure models are built in accordance with the structural guidelines so that the guest experience has maximum impact of the models.
10. Resolve issues based on feedback from operations regarding installed models and share this feedback and solutions with local and global LEGOLAND Studios teams.
11. Promote best practice by utilizing previous build experience and knowledge.
12. Work with model shop designers and supervisors to ensure innovation by reviewing and analyzing the suitability of the LEGO model process.
