Responsibilities:

• Conduct estate planning training, customer talks and presentations.
• Support estate planner pertaining to legal and marketing matters.
• Support customer enquiries and market research.
• Prepare & update training materials.
• Introduce new training programme and workshops.
• Conduct public awareness talk on Rockwills services.
• Assist in Rockwills events such as estate planning forums, convention, and congress.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the Head of Department and company from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• Relevant working experience or certification from talent and training associations is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent, initiative, and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Fluent in English. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients and doing translation works.
• Enjoy doing public presentation, meeting people, and willingness to travel.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software.
• Applicants must be willing to report to work at Petaling Jaya.
