Assist in filing & extracting Court documents using the e-filing system.
Preparing legal documents for signing, collating documents for use in Court, compiling bundles of authorities in tandem with the legal submissions prepared by the lawyers of the Firm.
Revising and proofreading correspondence and other legal documents.
Answer phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate.
Creating and maintaining client files, calendaring deadlines & Court attendances.
Organise and manage correspondences, reports, appointments and travel arrangements.
Minimum Requirements
Possess Diploma in Secretarial Studies, PSC or any equivalent qualification.
Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
Matured, independent and possess a high degree of initiative and integrity.
