Responsible for the preparation/evaluation of the company's foreign-related contracts, and participate in the negotiation of major contracts.
Participate in the handling of company's foreign-related disputes and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company.
Control the case risk, escalate major contracts and litigation cases (limited to contracts as well as cases that have a significant impact on the company's assets, liabilities, rights and interests and operating results) to the International Legal Department at headquarters.
Participate in the construction and improvement of the company's legal risk control system.
Responsible for the company's labor legal affairs support.
Responsible for communication and liaison with local lawyers.
Seal management, internal legal training and other matters.
Qualifications:
Familiar with Malaysian laws and regulations on manufacturing, civil business, construction, intellectual property, labor and employment law, occupational safety and health, social security, etc.
More than 10 years of experience in local litigation and arbitration cases and legal affairs.
Understanding of compliance and risk management system basics.
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in law related disciplines.
Proficient in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin (need to report to the high management of HQ in China).
Passing the Malay Law Examination (MYCLP) is preferred.
