Legal Manager

Our client is one of the most internationally recognised brands in the world. They are looking for a hands-on Legal Manager to lead the company’s legal team based in Malaysia.

Your new role

Your responsibilities will include providing strategic legal guidance, negotiating and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with various legal standards. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing complex legal issues and supporting the company's growth and strategic goals.

What you'll need to succeed

Your proven experience in managing legal operations in the retail industry will be key to your success in this role. Ideal candidates will have:

1. A minimum of 7 years PQE
2. Prior experience in legal practice
3. Corporate secretarial qualifications will be an added advantage
4. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
