Job Title: Legal & Compliance Executive
Salary Range: RM3500 - RM5000
Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm (Mon - Fri)
Working Location: Malaysia (accept work from home)

Job Responsibilities

1. Draft company regulations, including articles of association, board meeting rules, continental policies, etc.
2. Draft contracts related to company-level matters.
3. Review business rules, contracts, and external documents drafted by business departments.
4. Develop compliance regulations for the company according to regulatory requirements.
5. Review business rules, contracts, etc., from a compliance perspective.

Job Requirements

1. Proficiency in English, including fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
2. Graduation in law or a related field.
3. Familiarity with legal terminology in English.
4. Work Location: Malaysia or remote work.
5. Prior internship experience in the financial industry is preferred.
6. Proficiency in Chinese and/or other third languages is a plus.
7. Willingness to travel is required.
