Responsibilities:

1. To undertake contract reviews or drafting, liaise with external lawyers.
2. Provide general legal advice and support to the various business divisions/subsidiaries of the Company in a variety of areas.
3. Able to balance legal issues against commercial requirements of the business.
4. Willing to work at Puchong.

Requirements:

1. A recognised degree in law and preferably admitted to the Malaysia Bar.
2. At least three (3) years post qualification experience.
3. Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
4. Good written and spoken Mandarin would be an advantage.
5. Strong drafting skills.
6. Experience in construction law and contracts would be an added advantage.
7. Positive attitude, proactive and ability to work independently and as a team.
