Legal Executive

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Legal Department in handling all franchising/legal matters pertaining to our franchisees.
• To support the Legal Department in handling legal matters relevant to our company, staff, and business within and out of Malaysia.
• To execute Intellectual Property rights and matters related thereto.
• To create awareness and to support/motivate our franchisees through talks and workshops.
• To assist in the application and to obtain any/all licenses required by our company and the franchisees.
• To ensure compliance of all agreements of the Company.
• To perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Company.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate in Law from a reputable University/Private Institution.
• Sound legal knowledge preferably in areas of Franchising/Copyright Law & Trademarks.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to communicate and interact with people at all levels.
• Possess a keen eye for detail, strong integrity, commitment, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Flexible, resourceful, independent, and self-motivated with strong analytical & interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
• Prepared to grow with the company.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Pleasant personality and well-groomed.
• 2 – 4 years relevant working experience in the related field is an advantage.
