About the role

Minconsult Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Executive to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time Legal Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive legal support and services to our organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting legal research and analysis to support our in-house legal counsel
2. Drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence
3. Assisting with the preparation and filing of legal documents and forms
4. Providing administrative support to the legal department, such as managing schedules and coordinating meetings
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
6. Staying up-to-date with changes in legal policies and procedures
7. Performing other duties as assigned by the legal team

What we're looking for

1. A bachelor's degree in law or a related field
2. At least 2 years of experience as a legal executive or in a similar role
3. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal software applications
6. Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Familiarity with the legal system and regulations in Malaysia
