Legal Cum Relation Executive

About the role

Samurai 2K Aerosol Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and driven Legal Cum Relation Executive to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support and managing stakeholder relations to ensure the smooth operation and continued success of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Advising on legal matters and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements
• Providing legal guidance and support for various business operations and initiatives
• Maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and regulatory bodies
• Assisting with the resolution of legal disputes and issues
• Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with changes in the industry
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks
• Supporting the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal or compliance role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Excellent understanding of Malaysian laws and regulations
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and legal software
