Legal Counsel 法务专员

• Review, draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documents;
• Handle various legal issues and assess their impact on business;
• Assist the Legal Manager on all legal matters.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess an LL.B honors degree;
• Basic knowledge of Company Law, Contract Law, Labor Law, Civil Procedure Law, and other laws related to the manufacturing industry;
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, team spirit, and good commercial sense;
• Strong learning ability, communication and coordination skills, and well-organized;
• Excellent presentation and drafting skills;
• Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with colleagues from the headquarters based in China.
