1. Advise on legal matters and conduct contract reviews concerning debt capital markets and stockbroking transactions.
2. Provide legal expertise and assess contractual agreements within the debt capital markets and derivatives sector.

Requirements:

1. A legal professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience in DCM, stockbroking, or derivatives.
2. Proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic financial environment while liaising with senior stakeholders.
