Legal Counsel

Your new company

Our client is one of the largest manufacturing and processing companies in the country with offices in major markets in China. As part of their regional business expansion, the company is looking for a key member of their legal team who will have the flexibility to spend half of their time in Selangor and the other half in Seremban.

Your new role

You’ll oversee a team dedicated to managing the company's legal matters. Your role will involve negotiating and reviewing a wide range of contracts, offering expert guidance on disputes, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards. Your leadership will be essential in navigating complex legal challenges and supporting the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in reading and writing Chinese
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
