Legal Counsel

You'll be working for a reputable market-leader within the fintech industry who is looking for a Legal Counsel to be based in their Malaysian office. With an aggressive growth plan and vision to become a better leader in its field, it continues to gain market over its competitors.

Your New Role

As a key member of the team, you'll be trusted with providing legal support, reviewing and drafting contracts, ensuring compliance, developing and implementing legal frameworks, providing expert advice to business units, and maintaining relationships with regulatory authorities. You'll also have the opportunity to represent the company in legal matters and proceedings when required.

What you'll need to succeed

To ensure your success within this role, you will possess:

• LL. B
• Min 5 years PQE
• Passion for Fintech
• Corporate banking experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
