To draft SPA documentation in collaboration with the lead solicitor.
Standardise the Letter of Undertaking format and review for necessary changes.
Provide advice on the legal documentation.
Establish and review the company’s internal policies, contracts, and agreements in compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
Draft, negotiate and review commercial agreements, memorandum of understanding, contracts, and related legal documents.
Recommend safeguards to the company’s legal position and highlight any potential legal or regulatory risks on new investments, expansion plans, or new business ventures.
Coordinate with external solicitors.
Manage and resolve legal issues in contract, litigation/arbitration, and dispute resolutions.
Conduct in-depth analysis and recommend appropriate courses of action for identified legal issues.
Monitor updates to relevant laws and regulatory issues related to the business units.
Job Requirements
Diploma/degree in law with working experience in corporate/property.
Possess competent knowledge in handling contract management.
Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel.
Salary Range RM4,500.00 to RM6,000.00
