Responsibilities
- Administrator for Legal & Compliance Dept and attend to the day to day administrative work for the dept, which involves extensive management and operations of the internal legal system.
- To ensure major Legal updates & disputes update in system.
- To initiate and manage the annual compliance activities for the Team, and coordinate/compile all necessary documentary evidence for annual audits e.g. HQ/SEAO/GPPM.
- Support all non-legal requests/queries from other depts/stakeholders internally.
- Arrange and ensure staff attend legal and compliance training.
- Monitor agreement submission in system, contract management and completion on timely manner.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or related field
- Excellent in Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Words
- Able to work independently
