About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Legal Clerk to join our reputable law firm, LEE BOON PENG & CO., located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time Legal Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal professionals and ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Organising and maintaining electronic and physical client files and records
• Providing administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Assisting with the preparation of court documents and other legal proceedings
• Performing general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• A keen interest in the legal field and a willingness to learn
