Job Description:

1. Drafting court cause papers, pleadings, and submissions competently
2. Preparing legal opinions, conducting research on all legal and related matters within a timeline
3. Attending court proceedings and having conduct of matters
4. Handling civil, corporate, commercial, and litigation files
5. Liaising with clients, bankers, developers, government bodies, and other legal firms
6. Handling sub-sales, loan documentation, discharge, perfection of transfer, and other conveyancing matters
7. Participating and contributing to the firm’s business development efforts

Qualifications and Requirements:

At least 2-3 years Post-Qualification Experience
